The President's Club

President’s Club members make the transformative Mount Mercy experience available to students through their visionary and inspiring leadership.

The President’s Club is comprised of alumni and friends who make a gift of $1,000 or more each fiscal year, July 1 to June 30. In thanks and recognition, President's Club members are invited to exclusive events.

The richest profits for our President’s Club members are in spirit, in the personal satisfaction of knowing that their steadfast, generous support has changed the lives of many young people who bring their dreams to Mount Mercy’s doors.

We invite you to join this distinguished group and help us sustain the academic excellence and continuing commitment that defines a Mount Mercy education, grounded in the spirit of the Sisters of Mercy.

Heritage Club

The Heritage Club was established in 1988 to recognize individuals who have included Mount Mercy in their estate plans or who have made a significant gift to the institution's endowment.

Mount Mercy honors those individuals whose vision and philanthropic commitment have contributed to the future financial stability of the institution.

As a member of the Heritage Club, your membership includes:

  • Introductory recognition at the annual President’s dinner with a plaque presented to each new member by the president 
  • Invitation to the annual President’s dinner
  • Quarterly correspondence to assist you in your future financial strategies

1928 Club

The 1928 Club was established in 2019 to recognize individuals who make monthly gifts of at least $19.28 to the Mount Mercy Fund which directly benefits our students through scholarship support, student resources, campus enhancements and improvements, technology upgrades, and everything in between.

How to Join the 1928 Club—it’s easy! Make monthly gifts of at least $19.28 to the Mount Mercy Fund in honor  of our founding year by heading to mtmercy.edu/make-gift. Select Every Month, and designate your gift to the Mount Mercy Fund.

Mount Mercy honors individuals whose monthly contribution and commitment have contributed to the financial stability of the institution. As a member of the 1928 Club, your membership includes:

  • 1928 Club swag (new members only)
  • An Invitation to the 1928 Club social
  • An opportunity to meet MMU students for a lunch each year
