Commencement Ceremony | 1 PM
U.S. Cellular Center | 370 1st Ave NE | Cedar Rapids, IA

Graduates will officially be conferred their degrees and walk across the stage, and they're welcome to have as many guests as they'd like at the ceremony—there are no tickets or costs to attend. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible seating for handicap, elderly, and others who need it is available.

• 11:30 AM | Doors open
• 11:30 AM–12:15 PM | Graduates arrive through the Box Office entryway and assemble on the 1st floor in Exhibit Hall C. Graduates must be in the lower level to check in and line up no later than 12:15 PM.
  
• 1 PM | Commencement Ceremony
• 3:30 PM | Commencement Reception in Grand Ballroom, DoubleTree (attached to the U.S. Cellular Center

Get a head start on your Master's Degree! 

Eligible MMU students can take up to 12 graduate-level credits in any of MMU's gradute programs during their undergraduate studies. 

The advantages to completing graduate courses during your senior year include:

• Graduate courses can fulfill remaining electives of your bachelor’s program

• Starting graduate coursework during your senior year gives you an early start towards obtaining a master’s degree

• Graduate courses taken during your senior year do not cost additional tuition and your current financial aid applies toward the courses. (Please note: A maximum load of 15 credits per semester is allowed; this includes undergraduate and graduate credits.)
