- Take Exit 22 for 29th Street NE. (Follow the signs for Mount Mercy University.)
- Head east on 29th Street until Prairie Drive NE.
- Turn right (south) onto Prairie Drive NE.
- Follow Prairie Drive NE for two blocks. The campus will be directly in front of you.
Traveling on First Avenue / Highway 151 from the East
- Turn right onto 27th Street NE, proceeding until you reach Prairie Drive.
- The campus will be on your left.
Traveling on First Avenue / Highway 151 from the West
- Turn left on 20th Street NE, proceeding until it becomes Prairie Drive.
- The campus will be on your left.
Traveling by Cedar Rapids transit
- Route 4: Use the stop at Elmhurst Drive & K Ave.
