Why should I get this certificate?

Cultivate relationships with influence and trust

Collaboration and leadership require an understanding of what people need from you as a leader. Collaboration also creates buy-in, which cultivates an environment of trust and transparency and empowers contributors to share voices, opinions, and ideas. Our certificate reveals how this form of leadership leads to agile, innovative, and high-functioning teams that make a lasting impact.

Upskill your capabilities

  • Certificates are the fastest-growing form of post-secondary credentials in the U.S. (The Chronicle of Higher Education)
  • 42% of certificate students gained more responsibilities, earned a promotion, or changed careers while pursing the credential (Harvard Extension School)
  • The number of people with a post-baccalaureate certificate has increased over 50% since 2005 (Forbes)
