Besides being a sought-after conference speaker, he’s the author or co-author of 10 books on the subject, including The Long-Distance Leader, Rules for Remarkable Remote Leadership, The Long-Distance Teammate, and the latest in the series, The Long-Distance Team.

Wayne is regularly listed as one of the top 100 thinkers on remote work, and Marshall Goldsmith has called him “one of the truly unique voices in leadership.” He is a Co-Founder of the Remote Leadership Institute and lives in Las Vegas.
