Mount Mercy University is pleased to announce the appointment of LeAnn Ridgeway to its Board of Trustees. LeAnn is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Collins Aerospace and a Mount Mercy alum.
“LeAnn’s broad and deep business experience will be a tremendous asset on our board,” said Dr. Todd A. Olson, Mount Mercy President. “We’re grateful for her leadership and service in support of Mount Mercy, and I look forward to collaborating with her.”
LeAnn joined Rockwell Collins in 1988 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President and General Manager for Information Management Services (IMS), B/E Aerospace Integration, and Simulation and Training Solutions; Vice President and Managing Director, Americas; and Senior Director, Engineering Services.
A native of Anamosa, Iowa, LeAnn earned her bachelor's degree in business and economics from Mount Mercy and her MBA from St. Ambrose University. She previously served on several non-profit boards in the Anamosa and Cedar Rapids areas.
LeAnn and her husband Tom have four adult children: Kris, Duff, Randi, and Erin.
