Mount Mercy to hold Virtual Business & Leadership Conference

Mount Mercy University’s Business & Leadership graduate programs are presenting a two-day, no-cost virtual conference on February 23-24.

“We took input from community leaders and designed this conference to enhance skills and meet the needs of our time,” said Marcie Van Note, Business & Leadership programs director.

"I decided to attend this conference because it gave me the opportunity to do something with my key managers. We used this to get us ready to emerge from the pandemic and re-engage with some strategic planning and team development."

This will be the second annual Virtual Business & Leadership Conference after a successful first year and positive feedback from the community.

“I decided to attend this conference because it gave me the opportunity to do something with my key managers,” one 2021 attendee shared. “We used this to get us ready to emerge from the pandemic and re-engage with some strategic planning and team development.”

“Quite honestly, I chose to participate for extra credit in one of my undergraduate classes,” another 2021 attendee said. “I chose to stay, though, because I appreciated the quality information that was being shared. The presentations were well thought out and the discussions were very compelling.”
