Four finalists named in Mount Mercy’s presidential search

Mount Mercy University’s Presidential Search Committee is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been named as finalists in the university’s presidential search:

  • Kerry Calnan, DBA, vice president of innovation and institutional effectiveness, associate professor of accounting and finance, Nichols College, Dudley, Mass.
  • Sandra L. Cassady, PhD, vice president for strategic initiatives, dean of the College of Health and Human Services, professor of physical therapy, St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa
  • Kimberly Kvaal, EdD, vice president of finance and administration, chief financial officer, faculty member, Saint Edward’s University, Austin, Texas
  • Todd A. Olson, PhD, vice president for student affairs, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.

The candidates will be invited for on-campus visits and open forums the weeks of April 19 and 26. 

The search committee includes members of Mount Mercy’s Board of Trustees, the community, and faculty, staff and student representatives. The committee is chaired by trustee Jeff Cannon ’82. AGB Search, a higher education search firm, is assisting the committee.
