We invite you to join us to hear from Sister Helen Prejean, an educator and author known internationally for her tireless work against the death penalty. Her lecture will be followed by a book signing.
Sister Helen Prejean is best known for her book Dead Man Walking, which shares her experiences as a spiritual advisor to individuals on death row and has sparked conversations about the death penalty, restorative justice, and human dignity. The book has been adapted into a feature film, an opera, and a graphic novel.
