Women in Leadership | Danielle Ebaugh

All are welcome to the Mount Mercy University Graduate Center on Thursday, March 12, 2026, when we host Danielle Ebaugh, Supervisor of Career Services at Kirkwood Community College.
Danielle leverages her background and expertise in human resources to support students and job seekers in their career development.
Doors open at 8:30 AM for you to socialize and enjoy coffee, tea & pastries; the presentation will run from 9:00-9:30 AM. with time for questions to follow.
This event will take place in-person at our CRST International Graduate Center, located at 1650 Matterhorn Dr. NE, Cedar Rapids.
Women in Leadership is a monthly discussion and networking event series, featuring women leaders sharing their experiences in education, nursing, business, and leadership. Anyone can attend and enjoy meeting local professionals as they recant their leadership stories.
Danielle started as career services coordinator with Kirkwood in 2008.
Before her role as career services coordinator she worked in the field of human resources in recruiting. She now utilizes her training and experience in human resources to assist others with their job seeking skills. Some of these skills include: cover letters, resumes, filling out job applications, and helping you prepare for a job interview. She assists with employers gaining more visibility on the Kirkwood campus through events such as JOBS 411, career fairs, and networking lunches. She received her B.A. in Sociology from Coe College in 2005, and her Masters in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University in 2014.
