Through engaging stories and actionable advice, author and educator Martha Boehm will lead a workshop focused on three concepts from her book, Just Keep Growing: 25 Servant Leadership Lessons.

Participants will learn how to Go Beyond Transactions to build relationships and community, Go Glitch Hunt to improve systems and processes, and better understand how their Sphere of Influence can lift others up. Create personal top takeaways to move servant leadership lessons forward personally and/or professionally.

Author Martha Boehm

martha boehmMartha Boehm (“Baim”) loves telling a good story, especially one that is uplifting or inspirational. She is the author of the book, Just Keep Growing: 25 Servant Leadership Lessons, and co-producer/cinematographer of the new documentary, Come Here, Brother Wolf: A Veterans Pilgrimage. She began her career as an award-winning journalist and later shifted to communications and marketing in addition to leadership development. She is an adjunct instructor currently specializing in professional communication at Viterbo University. She received a Servant Leader Award from Viterbo, where she earned a Master of Arts in Servant Leadership. She also earned a Master of Arts in Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Follow her Instagram to learn more.
