Key Responsiblities

• Guide prospective students and their families through every step of the college search and application process.
• Develop strong relationships with high school counselors, community partners, and campus collaborators.
• Represent St. Ambrose at recruitment events on- and off-campus.
• Lead campus visits, conduct student interviews, and support programs that highlight the University's academic excellence, inclusive culture, and Catholic values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional evenings and weekends
• A sincere commitment to serving students and supporting the University’s mission
