Adjunct Faculty for Chemistry | Mount Mercy Campus

St. Ambrose University at the Mount Mercy University campus is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach CH 101 – Chemistry in the Kitchen Lecture and Laboratory in our undergraduate programs for the Spring 2026 Semester. This course is taken predominantly by non-science majors that are meeting requirements of Mt. Mercy’s liberal arts curriculum.

  • CH 101 – Chemistry in the Kitchen meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30- 11:20 AM for lecture class and Thursdays from 2:00-3:50 PM for laboratory class.

Candidates should have a doctorate or master’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or a related field, or be working towards completion of their degrees. Previous teaching experience is preferred.
