With four minor league teams in Cedar Rapids, internship opportunities are available in a variety of sports, including soccer, hockey, baseball, and arena football. Often, our student-athletes take on a leadership role in the community, mentoring and coaching middle- and high-school-aged students.
Interested in research? Students in business-related majors are encouraged to undertake faculty-guided research, allowing them to gain in-depth knowledge and professional experience even before graduation.
