Master of Strategic Leadership (MSL)

Mount Mercy's MSL is designed for leaders and emerging leaders with a growth mindset who would like to add higher level competencies to the skills most desired in organizations today.

A graduate certificate requires 12 semester hours (4 courses) and can be applied toward an MSL or MBA.

Curriculum

Available face-to-face and virtual seminar delivery method

Courses are conveniently held one or two nights a week in 5- or 10-week blocks, letting you focus your attention on one class at a time. Finish in as few as 12 months, or adapt a plan to fit your needs.

Designed for leaders with a growth mindset, the virtual seminar delivery method allows students to take MSL classes virtually by connecting weekly to discuss topics and develop relationships. Focusing on relationships, leadership, and strategic thinking, the program helps students drive collaboration and purpose to make them adaptive leaders of the future.
