Each emphasis requires only one additional course in the MBA curriculum. Courses are offered on campus and online unless noted above.

Certificates are available in any of the emphasis areas above. A graduate certificate requires 12 semester hours (4 courses) and can be applied toward an MBA or MSL. Certificates are offered on campus and online.


Available face-to-face and online. 

Focus on one course at a time during 5- to 10-week blocks. Weeknight courses meet 1-2 nights a week (face-to-face program only). Program completion is generally 12-18 months, and 9 elective credit hours let you personalize your degree to fit your interest and career goals. 

In systems thinking and growth mindset, you'll learn about the framework of systems thinking and create a growth mindset. Meanwhile, in decision making for leaders, you'll explore an introduction to the role of leadership judgment in business decisions. In collaborative and virtual teams, you'll gain knowledge in creating and sustaining high-performance teams. These experiences and many others will help you accelerate your career.
