Businesses of all sizes have human resource needs that you'll be able to fill as a Mount Mercy University graduate. The leadership and communication skills you'll gain through the program will lead you to success in any industry for both local and global companies.

The human resource management program also offers a minor, which is a great companion to other business majors. For some students, continuing on for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Strategic Leadership (MSL) at Mount Mercy is their next step—both have many areas of emphasis, including human resources.

What are the next steps?

Transfer up to 75 credits from an Iowa community college or up to 93 credits from a regionally accredited 4-year university.

Veterans may also earn credit for military training via the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES).

Mount Mercy offers competitive tuition and generous scholarships.
