The University Leadership Team (ULT) is composed of 18 key administrators and faculty leaders. This group includes the 8 Cabinet members who are the most senior leaders at the university, and 10 other administrators and faculty leaders. The group is appointed and convened by the president of the university.
The ULT convenes at least monthly, and plays a vital role in shaping policies and strategies for managing the university. The ULT also serves as a conduit for important information to flow throughout the university, both from senior leaders to all faculty, staff, and students, and from all these stakeholders to senior leaders.
Each member of the ULT has areas of the university that they manage, and the shared work of the group helps to assure alignment and collaboration across the various offices and departments on campus. Thus the ULT is an essential asset in leading the university in an effective, mission-focused, and efficient manner.
