Students must fill out and submit to the Registrar's Office the Application for Graduation.
We recommend that students fill out the application form with their registration for the final year of study. However, graduation applications can be submitted up to Aug. 1 for the upcoming year.
Only after application for graduation has been made can the Registrar's Office begin processing the necessary information for final certification of graduation.
Candidates must apply for graduation to initiate the final evaluation of their academic records, to place their names in the graduation book and on the final list for cap and gown order, and to begin the exiting process with the Financial Aid Office.
Students who fail to complete all degree requirements by the graduation date for which they applied to graduate may be required to re-apply for graduation.
