If you have special dietary needs our staff will work with you to make sure you have safe and healthy options. Make sure you take a look at the various meal plans available to residential students on the dining services site.

We encourage you to contact us by email or at 319-366-5296 ext. 1272 with any questions you have.

McAuley Dining Center

The McAuley Dining Center serves as the primary dining spot on campus. Breakfast options include cooked-to-order omelettes, cold cereal, bagels, fruit juice and fresh baked pastries. Lunch and dinner typically features a traditional café option and a specialty choice such as pasta or taco bar. A vegetarian option is provided and there is always a fresh and abundant salad bar. Several times during the week, a presentation cooking station is provided serving popular items like fajitas.

At any point during the day, students can pop in to grab something from the huge salad bar complete with fresh vegetables, hot soups and a full deli bar with your choice of meats, cheeses, breads and sandwich toppings.
