Mount Mercy has a long history with our sister college Palacky University, in Olomouc, Czech Republic, and many MMU students have spent a semester studying there. Through a partnership with the CIMBA program, business students have the opportunity to student for a semester in Italy. The Business Department has a travel course during winter term every other year, which takes students to England, France and Germany.
The Art Club is open to all students who share a passion for creative arts. The club takes trips to art centers like the Chicago Art Institute, hosts High School Art Day as a chance to encourage youth to embrace their artistic talent, and auctions student artwork. Visual arts/business administration students may also enjoy Enactus, a club that gives students a chance to draft annual reports for judging by national business executives.
