Tuition, Reimbursement & Financial Aid

Adult Accelerated Courses for the 2017–18 academic year are $456 per credit hour.

Courses for the 2018–19 academic year are $462 per credit hour.

Tuition Reimbursement Benefit – Mount Mercy University accepts tuition reimbursement from employers who offer that benefit. We allow students that receive tuition reimbursement up to 45 days after the completion of the course to pay the course tuition.

Financial Aid – Financial Aid counseling is available for all students.

  • Mount Mercy University's federal school code is 001880. 
  • A new FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be completed each academic year at
  • For financial aid purposes, the academic year starts in the fall semester (usually late August) and ends in the summer semester (usually early August).
    For example, students who wish to apply for aid for Summer 2016 must complete a 2015-2016 FAFSA, then a 2016-2017 FAFSA for Fall 2016 and Spring 2017.

Employer Scholarships

Mount Mercy proudly partners with regional organizations to offer 10% off tuition for employees who enroll in any of the university’s graduate, accelerated or online programs. The scholarship is in addition to tuition assistance or reimbursement already provided by the employer. While Mount Mercy works to add more, partnerships include:
