Tuition, Reimbursement & Financial Aid

Tuition – There are no additional fees beyond tuition and books.

Adult Accelerated Courses for the 2016-17 academic year are $450 per credit hour.

Tuition Reimbursement Benefit – Mount Mercy University accepts tuition reimbursement from employers who offer that benefit. We allow students that receive tuition reimbursement up to 45 days after the completion of the course to pay the course tuition.

Financial Aid – Financial Aid counseling is available for all students. Mount Mercy University's federal school code is 001880.  A new FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be completed each academic year at www.fafsa.ed.gov. For financial aid purposes, the academic year starts in the fall semester (usually late August) and ends in the summer semester (usually early August). For example, students who wish to apply for aid for Summer 2015 must complete a 2014-2015 FAFSA, then a 2015-2016 FAFSA for Fall 2015 and Spring 2016. Please contact Student Financial Services at Mount Mercy for assistance in getting started. You may reach the financial aid office via email at studentfinancialservices@mtmercy.edu or by phone at 319-368-6467.

EdAssist Partnership - Mount Mercy University is a partner in the EdAssist tuition reimbursement program.
