Personal coaching is an interactive process between you and your personal coach, who is trained and dedicated to helping students succeed in a specific endeavor. Like an athletic coach, a personal coach helps you define and reach your goals.

Your goals may be in academics or in any other area where you want to achieve your personal best. The following are examples of the areas
