Mount Mercy University recognized Bethany Rinderknecht ’15 with the President’s Award at Honors Convocation on Saturday, May 16. The award was unique this year, because it was given to a person who is both a student and employee of the university.
Mount Mercy University recognized the women’s soccer team with the President’s Award at Honors Convocation on Saturday, May 17. The President’s Award is given in recognition of outstanding perseverance and diligence in pursuit of goals. This year marks the first time a group of students have been honored for coming together during a time of devastating grief.
Mount Mercy graduate Bruce Payne '13, of Hopkinton, Iowa, received the President's Award during Mount Mercy's Honors Convocation on Saturday, May 18. The President's Award is given to the graduating senior who has demonstrated outstanding perseverance and diligence in pursuing his or her goals. Payne is the son of Bryan and Leann Payne and studied computer science and criminal justice at Mount Mercy.
