Mount Mercy University students in the Emerging Leaders Program are coordinating a community-wide fundraiser to benefit local non-profit organizations. Dubbed “Hunger Night,” Mount Mercy has partnered with local restaurants to donate a percentage of revenue earned on Thursday, April 12, to area non-profits.
