Branch Races to All-America Status; Men’s Golf Earns National Tournament Berth → Track & field’s Bri’anna Branch earned All-America honors, the men’s golf team qualified for the NAIA national tournament for the second time in school history, and the Mount Mercy athletics department set a new standard in the classroom to conclude another successful season in 2015–16.

VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Sophomore TJ Mosbach ran the second-fastest time in school history and finished just outside the top 100, leading the Mount Mercy men at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships on Saturday at the Fort Vancouver Historical Site. Junior Taylor Helms produced the best finish of Mount Mercy's women's qualifiers, placing 143rd for the Mustangs.
