The History of Public Education and its Future
Presented by Norma Linda Mattingly | Associate Professor of Education

This presentation will look at our nation's struggles to provide all its citizens with a basic education, the evolution of public schools, and current initiatives that threaten to dismantle schooling as we have come to expect.
