Scholarship Day
Scholarship Day is a great way to earn additional scholarship dollars—ranging from $2,000-$8,000 and up to full-tuition—to attend Mount Mercy University.
What to Expect
- Scholarship Day awards are in addition to academic scholarships.
- Students attending will participate in a 10-minute casual interview with Mount Mercy faculty/staff. The interview helps us get to know you better and helps you learn more about us!
- For parents and students, there will be an academic information fair, financial aid presentation, student panel, and student life panel, where you can learn more about us and meet members of the Mount Mercy community (students, faculty, staff, and alumni).
- Students interested in participating in music, art & design, or writing at MMU may audition/interview for further scholarships in these areas. Learn more at mtmercy.edu/talent.
- Students with at least a 3.7 GPA and ACT Composite of 26 (SAT 1230) are eligible to compete for the Holland Full Tuition Scholarship. To be considered you must submit an essay prior to February 8, 2020.
Dates & Eligibility
- Scholarship Interviews may be scheduled between November 9, 2020 to February 5, 2021.
- Scholarship Day is February 13, 2021.
- Scholarship Day is focused on high school students who have been admitted to Mount Mercy University as incoming freshmen for Fall 2021.
- Participants must be admitted to Mount Mercy University. If you have not yet applied, or if you have not completed all the steps of the application process, please do so as soon as possible
