Arbinger Institute to explore outward vs inward mindset Oct. 25

The Arbinger Institute, in partnership with Mount Mercy University, will present The Outward Mindset Leader on Oct. 25 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Mount Mercy’s CRST International Graduate Center.

The event will focus on how our inner mindset can change our outward views of the world.

During the session, attendees will learn the profound effect of their mindset on their ability to collaborate and grow their results. They will come to understand the depth to which they have been hindering their potential because of their natural inward mindset. Further, they will learn how to transition from a toxic inward mindset to a helpful and productive outward mindset. Attendees will work with the facilitator to leverage powerful logical frame works to help them make actionable changes in the way they approach their work.

The Arbinger Institute was founded in 1979 and helps organizations transform and maximize results by working with an outward mindset. Arbinger’s programs and methodology are based on 45 years of research in the psychology of human behavior and motivation, and more than 35 years of experience working with organizations worldwide in the corporate, healthcare, education, government, public safety and nonprofit sectors.

This event is free and open to the public. The CRST International Graduate Center is located at 1650 Matterhorn Drive NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402.
