The U.S. News college rankings has grown to be the most comprehensive research tool for students and parents considering higher education opportunities. The America’s Best Colleges ranking package, which includes extensive editorial content and multimedia resources, has helped families navigate the difficult decisions involved throughout the college process, from college admission and selection to financing options.
“We are honored to again be recognized as one of the best colleges in the Midwest and pleased at our move up in the rankings,” says Mount Mercy President Christopher Blake. “The new ranking tells us that our dedication to living out our mission offers genuine, lifelong value to all of our students—traditional, graduate and adult. We continue to serve students at all levels of their careers and different stages of their lives, delivering a faith-inspired, life-changing and community-building education.”
Mount Mercy offers baccalaureate and graduate education to more than 1,800 traditional, transfer, adult and graduate students. Popular undergraduate majors include business, education, criminal justice, nursing, and social work. Graduate programs are offered in business, education, nursing and marriage and family therapy.
Mount Mercy’s combination of strong liberal arts curriculum and career preparation enables its students to become successful teachers, entrepreneurs, nurses, physicians, attorneys, law enforcement agents and other civic-minded leaders in the community.
