Master of Arts in Criminal Justice

The Criminal Justice Graduate Program at Mount Mercy University will refine student’s ability to be critical thinkers, ethical problem solvers, effective communicators, and evaluators of criminal justice policies and programs.

Students will be challenged to address social needs and to work to achieve fair, ethical, and responsible justice with a focus on communities and preventive and proactive interventions.

Graduates of the Criminal Justice graduate program at Mount Mercy University will be leaders and visionaries within social service agencies and their communities as they work to advance the cause of social justice. 

 Program Features

    • 18 month program
    • $445 per credit hour (34 credit hour program)
    • Individual program design - specialize in your area of interest
      • 9 credit hours may be taken within the MBA, MSL, and/or MFT program
    • Accelerated course format with Online, Evening, & Weekend Class Schedules
    • No entrance exam requirements, i.e. GRE, GMAT
    • Applications are accepted year round
    • Start times available twice a year:
      • Fall 2014 registration deadline is August 23, 2014
      • Spring 2015 registration deadline February 6, 2015
