Lundy Fitness Center

Lundy Fitness Center offers equipment and spaces for a variety of cardiovascular and muscle-building workout routines.

The center is supervised by student employees during open hours of operation. Student employees provide assistance to the patrons of the center and will assist with general instruction on the use of the equipment in the center. The students employees are not certified personal trainers.

  • Spring Semester Hours

Monday - Thursday | 7am -10pm
Friday | 7am - 6pm
Saturday | 1pm - 5pm
Sunday | 6pm - 10pm                                                                              

  • Please note the center will follow the university's academic schedule and will be closed during breaks and holidays.  Should the university close campus or delay the start of classes due to weather, the center will open at 10am.

Spring Break

Wednesday, March 25 & Thursday, March 26 | Noon - 6:00pm
Friday, March 27 & Saturday, March 28 |Closed

Cardio Area: 

  • 5 treadmills with reading rack for books and iPads
  • 3 elliptical machines with reading rack
  • 1 recumbent bike
  • 2 cycling bikes

The cardio area also provides storage for backpacks and gym bags, a magazine rack with a variety of magazines, and two flat screen TVs with cable.

Weight Area:

  • Paramount System with individual stations including the leg, multi-hip, back and ab presses and the combination unit of the A.R.T. press station.
  • Free weights including hand weights ranging from 3-50lbs and kettle bells ranging from 1-36lbs.
  • 3 bench stations: bench, incline and decline (with a variety of weights)
  • Popular all-in-one chip/dip, ab/back push-up stand.
  • New Cable Crossover Machine
  • New bench

Note: Please remember to bring a clean pair of shoes to the Center. The sand, dirt, and salt brought into the Center can damage the cardio machines. Thank you.
