Faculty and staff at Mount Mercy University are encouraged to submit proposals for “Happenings on the Hill” Cultural Affairs events each year. The Cultural Affairs Committee is allowed a budget for planning on-campus cultural affairs events and is charged with selecting which events to support monetarily.
Proposed “Happenings on the Hill” events should appeal to a broad audience, and be interactive in the sense that the audience is actively involved in the presentation. “Happenings on the Hill” must be open to the students, faculty and staff of Mount Mercy, and be open to the public in order to be considered for funding through the Cultural Affairs Committee.
There is not a limit on the number of proposals a faculty or staff member can submit.
Deadlines for submission
Those wishing to be considered for a Fall 2011 or Spring 2012 “Happening on the Hill” event should submit a proposal to the Cultural Affairs Committee. Proposals must be typed. Please use the form below to submit a proposal, or e-mail email@example.com for a proposal form.
