Fitness Classes

Classes are open to current Mount Mercy University students and employees only.

Students can check into Lundy using the Mount Mercy Mobile App or by signing in at the front desk.

Spring 2019
Classes are taught in a judgment-free environment.  All levels of ability are welcome in the classes. 

Noon Yoga | Monday & Wednesday | 12:00–1:00 p.m.
Afternoon Yoga | Tuesday & Thursday | 3:00–4:00 p.m.
Classes are taught by certified yoga instructors. The yoga instruction is for individuals of all abilities to develop strong, healthy bodies; calm, content minds; and receptive, open hearted spirits which will help them become fully present in their lives and the world around them.

Kickboxing | Monday & Wednesday | 4:30–5:15 p.m.
Increase your core, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance with interval training and kick boxing. No experience necessary. The instructor will modify moves to accommodate the participants. Bring your water bottle and give the class a try.
