Classes are open to current Mount Mercy University students and employees only.

Classes are taught in a judgement-free environment.  All levels of ability are welcome in the classes. 

Noon Yoga | Mondays & Thursdays | 12:10–12:50 p.m. | Classes run Sept.14th–Dec. 10th  (No class on Nov. 26th)

Yoga for Stress Reduction | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:30–7:30 p.m. | Classes run Sept.22nd–Oct. 15th

Total Body Blast | Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:30–6:15 p.m. | Classes run Sept. 9th–Oct. 21st

Zumba | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30–6:15 p.m. | Classes run Sept. 10th–Oct. 20th
