Classes are open to current Mount Mercy University students and employees only.

Spring 2016
Classes are taught in a judgement-free environment.  All levels of ability are welcome in the classes. 

Noon Yoga | Monday & Thursday | 12:10–12:50 p.m. | January 11 - May 12, 2016 (No class during Spring Break)
Classes are taught by certified yoga instructors from Toula Yoga Studio.  The yoga instruction is for individuals of all  abilities to develop strong, healthy bodies; calm, content minds; and receptive, open hearted spirits which will help them become fully present in their lives and the world around them.

Total Body Blast/Kick Boxing | Monday & Wednesday | 5:30–6:15 p.m. | Start date to be determined
Increase your core, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance with interval training and kick boxing. No experience necessary. The instructor will modify moves to accommodate the participants. Bring your water bottle and give the class a try.

Zumba | Tuesday & Thursday | 5:30–6:15 p.m. | February 2 - March 17, 2016
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hi-hop, samba, salsa and other dance moves. Squats and lungges are also included.  No dance experience necessary, just an open mind to have fun and move.

Evening Yoga | Monday & Wednesday | 7:00pm | February 1 - March 16, 2016
The goal of the yoga session is to feel more at peace, and to better relax the mind and bodies. Instructor will focus on ujjayi breath (complete/full breathing) and Vinyasa flows. No experience necessary.  Just try the class.
