Taylor O'Neill teaches in the religious studies undergraduate program for Mount Mercy University.

O’Neill received a PhD in Systematic Theology from Ave Maria University, as well as an MA in Historical and Systematic Theology from the Catholic University of America and a BS in Religious Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.

His research interests include St. Thomas Aquinas and the Thomistic commentatorial tradition, the relation between divine providence and human causality, the relation between nature and grace, and the role of the passions in the moral life. He has been published in The Heythrop Journal and has several new publications on the way.

Dr. O'Neill is married with three children.
