We tell the stories of the Mount Mercy community in traditional and online formats.
We work to place faculty experts and Mount Mercy news in local, regional and national publications; manage crises and emergencies in the media; and build relationships with media outlets. We also maintain the University's social media presence through Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube and emerging platforms.

Our staff produces original features for specific client needs and documents major University events.
Branding strategy and execution
We help articulate Mount Mercy's unique personality through external advertising and collateral as a University that blends liberal arts with professional education; we work with university leadership and departments to strengthen our brand and ultimately recruit students and engage alumni, donors and the community.
We create and maintain the external website, publications, and all collateral materials for clients throughout the University and use these products to build the Mount Mercy brand.
