Connecting iPhone/iPad Devices to Office 365

These steps can be used to configure your iPhone or iPad to connect to Office 365 Exchange email:

  1. Go to “Settings.” If you have previously configured a connection to MMU Exchange or Office 365, remove that account from your device and then choose “New Account.”
  2. On the screen that appears with common email account choices, select “Exchange.”
  3. Selecting Exchange gives a single configuration page, which asks for the following information:
  4. Click “Next.”
  5. If prompted to enter additional settings, enter the information below if it did not auto-populate:
  6. Click “Next,” and the device should verify the settings you entered and present a new screen with on/off toggles for syncing email, contacts, and calendar.
  7. Select desired options and click “Save.”
  8. Restart (power cycle) your iPhone or iPad.
