Computer Science Adjunct Spring 2021

Mount Mercy University is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach CS 103 – Introduction to Web Site Development in our undergraduate program for the spring semester of 2021. This course meets Tuesdays and Thursday from 9:30-10:50 AM. Teaching in a hybrid fashion, using remote (Zoom or other platform) some days and other days meeting in person on campus is preferred. The semester starts January 25th and ends on May 14th, 2021. Students in this course will be taught a wide array of web-based technologies and scripting languages (html, css, xml, Flash, Java) used in the development of internet websites.

Minimum requirements include a masters’ degree in Computer Science or a related field. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Screening of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
