Mount Mercy is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Bowling Coach in a competitive USBC Collegiate program. Responsibilities include recruitment of student athletes. An educational background working with high school or college students is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with coaching and/or playing experience and an ability to demonstrate a commitment to high academic standards.
The successful candidate must also demonstrate a willingness to support Mount Mercy’s mission as a Catholic university providing student-focused education in the spirit of the Sisters of Mercy. This position requires that the successful candidate have experience or be able to learn pro shop operations. The assistant coach will be responsible for coaching a highly competitive varsity team in collegiate competition.
This is full-time 10-month position. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
