Mount Mercy University is a Catholic, coeducational University founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1928 enrolling approximately 1450 students.  The University offers a variety of liberal arts, professional, accelerated and graduate degree programs on a picturesque campus overlooking the city.

Mount Mercy University is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Assistant Director of
Operations and CRM Communication in the Enrollment and Marketing Department   This position reports to the Associate Director of Enrollment Operations. This is a full-time position.

Primary Function

The Assistant Director of Operations & CRM Communication is responsible for recruitment
communication to undergraduate and graduate/adult students.  In addition, the position will
develop and track communication engagement through analysis of data.    

The individual in this position is responsible for developing and implementing of a variety of
recruitment communication and services which will attract and benefit first-year and transfer students to the university.   The duties of this position require occasional work in the evenings and on designated weekends for on and off-campus recruitment events. 

Qualifications

A bachelors’ degree, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience in data analysis and communication.  One or more years in college/university admissions, related experience in higher education, CRM or Slate experience and event planning, hospitality services, communications, or marketing.  The individual must possess a valid driver license
to operate a vehicle in the United States.
