ABOUT MOUNT MERCY

Located on a hilltop overlooking the vibrant city of Cedar Rapids, Mount Mercy University (MMU) offers undergraduate, accelerated, graduate, and online programs to 1,800+ students with a dedication to academic excellence and compassionate service. This position will be responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for all pre-licensure BSN transfer students. They must also follow through and track the advancement of students and provide case management to students who do not meet BSN admission requirements. Position will assist with at-risk students. Assist with compliance monitoring for MHCNH undergraduate students. Contribute to continuous quality improvement of services, programs, and processes.  A bachelor’s degree is required and a master’s degree is preferred.  Healthcare systems experience is desirable.
