What Our Students Say...

"I am a Team Leader Intern at the Cedar Rapids General Mills in the Cereal Department. I just started this internship in January, and it has already given me great real world work experience to prepare me for my future. Out of the numerous tasks I do on a daily basis at General Mills, the most important one is making sure that our production goals get met. Another important task that I do is managing the operators and ensuring that they have the support they need to do their job and have a positive work environment.

I can really relate many of my classes to my work. My time at Mount Mercy thus far has really given me a lot of opportunities to grow and mature. All of my professors are very supportive and knowledgeable. I am very happy that I have had the opportunity of working at General Mills by attending Mount Mercy. I'm sure throughout the rest of my college years I will continue to be successful due to this education."
