In collaboration with UnityPoint Health–St. Luke's Hospital, the Senior Student Promise Program provides Mount Mercy University senior nursing students with financial support and a guaranteed job after graduation.
We are proud to offer the Senior Student Promise Program to Mount Mercy nursing students. We hope by supporting soon-to-be graduating students, they will see the benefits of working for a hospital that is Magnet-recognized for Nursing Excellence by the American Credentialing Center and who invests, supports, and empowers its nurses to not only lead patient care, but also drive innovation and organizational change.
The UnityPoint Health–St. Luke’s Hospital Senior Student Promise Program applies to senior nursing students who will graduate in 2022 or 2023 and accept a guaranteed offer of employment in a unit or department identified as an area of need.
Thank you for your interest in the Senior Student Promise Program. Please see the list of application deadlines below based on your expected graduation date.
