RN Education Assistance Program

Nursing students in their final two semesters will be eligible for financial assistance and automatic employment through a partnership with Regional Medical Center.

Earn $25,000 in education assistance with a guaranteed job at Regional Medical Center after graduation

This program provides:

  • $12,500 per semester in financial assistance to nursing students enrolled in their final two semesters of their BSN program. Students will commit to employment with Regional Medical Center for a minimum of 18 months in a designated department of high need, including the Emergency Department, Home Care, ICU, Med-Surg, and OB.
  • Financial assistance is forgiven after 18 months of employment as an RN in designated departments of high need. 
  • Not necessary to work while in school.

What are the steps?

  1. Apply to the program
  2. Interview with RMC panel to be accepted to the program
  3. Complete your courses
  4. Earn your BSN degree
  5. Pass the NCLEX and obtain RN licensure
  6. Come work for Regional Medical Center in a designated area of high need, including the Emergency Department, Home Care, ICU, Med-Surg, or OB.
