Mount Mercy University will showcase the capstone projects of art seniors during the Senior Thesis Exhibit at the Janalyn Hanson White Gallery. An opening reception to celebrate the work of the students will be held May 2 at 6:00 p.m. in the Gallery.
After a year of research, concept development and studio work, each Mount Mercy art senior exhibits a selection of their Senior Thesis work in the Janalyn Hanson White Gallery. This year's exhibiting artists include North Liberty, Iowa resident Tom Cranston; Lake Orion, Mich. resident Jayson Lawton; Williamsburg, Iowa resident Monica Long; Marion, Iowa resident Philip Roth; and Cedar Rapids resident Joshua Tompkins.
