VanNest's presentation, "The LAST word on Change: Courageously Facing the Four Key Choices Successful Change Leaders Make," will examine the key choices a change leader must make in order to succeed. Each attendee at the event will have the opportunity to complete his or her own mini-assessment on the Leading Indicators of Change Management Success.
For almost 25 years, VanNest has worked with top leaders from market-leading companies and has since founded Summit Enterprises – the only company to hold the U.S. copyright for a metric based on leading indicators of change success. He has recently joined with OSF Healthcare, Inc. to start its Ministry Leadership Formation Program.
VanNest, originally from Marion, Iowa, received his bachelor's degree in psychology, philosophy and religion from Coe College, and his doctoral degree in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He currently resides in Chicago with his wife of 30 years, Diane.
