Lown brings a wealth of experience in sales, recruiting, marketing, sales management, and customer relations having previously worked as the director of sales and marketing/director of event operations for 3BA International LLC, and an account executive with the Seattle Supersonics & Storm. He has consistently been recognized as a top performer throughout his career.
As the admissions representative for advance and graduate programs, Lown will manage recruitment of adult students looking to obtain bachelor’s and master’s degrees in graduate and accelerated programs at Mount Mercy. He will also oversee communication efforts and campus visits, while developing marketing strategies to increase enrollment.
Mount Mercy’s adult accelerated program offers bachelor’s degrees designed to accommodate the schedules of working adults. Classes for the accelerated program are offered on Mount Mercy’s campus in Cedar Rapids, as well as through partnerships with Kirkwood Community College and Hawkeye Community College in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area. Mount Mercy also offers four master’s programs: Master of Business Administration, Master of Arts in Education, Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, and Master of Science in Nursing.
