Mount Mercy offers Info Session on Marriage and Family Therapy program

Mount Mercy University will host an information session on its Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy program on Wednesday, March 30 at 5:30 p.m. in Flaherty Community Room, Basile Hall.

The event will include an overview of the program, a question and answer session with current students and faculty, information on financial aid, and door prizes.

The marriage and family therapy program is designed to train therapists to work from the systems perspective to help individuals and families live more productive lives. Mount Mercy's challenging curriculum, dynamic, practical learning environment and a year-long practicum experience will prepare students for licensure eligibility in the state of Iowa as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

The MFT program will waive the $25 application fee for all attendees.
