| The Mount Mercy Times collected six awards at the annual convention of the Iowa College Media Association last weekend in Des Moines. Times staff writer Christina Voss was awarded a first place finish for best feature writing. Two second place awards were given to News Editor Andria Pooley and Editor Corey Munson. Pooley won for best profile story and Munson received best columnist.The competition pits college newspapers from across the state. Awards are handed out annually. | ||
