Location and Collections The college archives are located in the Busse Library. The archives contain the materials that document the history of Mount Mercy College and are divided into the following collections:
- Documentation-minutes, reports and publications that chronicle the day to day operation of the college including those of academic departments, administrative offices, student organizations and auxillary services.
- Images-including photographs, slides and composite class pictures dating back to the early days at Mount Mercy.
- Scrapbooks-filled with newspaper articles about people and events at Mount Mercy College, dating back to the 1950's.
- Audio-visual-films, videos and recordings of college events.
- Artifacts-t-shirts, beanies and other materials that help tell Mount Mercy's story.
- Rare Books
